Exquisite Fitness regularly runs Six Week Challenges throughout the year. After delivering over 20 Challenges we have really honed in on what we believe the best format is for both getting results, and working around everyone’s busy lives.
There are no commitments to attending minimum classes per week and with the right mindset, incredible things have been achieved over the 6 weeks.
You will have a body composition performed at the commencement and conclusion of the challenge with a state of the art body scanning machine which tells you every intricate detail you will ever want to know about your body. You will also have a nutritional seminar presented by a qualified dietitian and be joined to a private group for endless support, encouragement and advice.
